Robin is responsible for leading the financial and human resource departments of the Three Harbors Council, BSA. She also is responsible for office management and was the project manager for the council consolidation. She is the council staff advisor for the council Budget, Risk Management, Audit and Insurance committees along with the Board of Trustees. | | Personal Background: Robin brings over thirty years of experience in finance management to Three Harbors Council along with strong background in project and process management, budget and cash management and accounting software implementation. She formed and led the Southeastern Wisconsin Great Plains user group for three years along with participating in annual accounting conferences. | |
