Jennifer serves as Development Director for Three Harbors Council. She is responsible for promoting and supporting the philanthropy and marketing efforts of the council by overseeing several special events including the annual Tailgate for Character, as well as foundations, and building donor relationships. She is the council staff person working with the Gift in Kind Campaign and United Way.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sales and Marketing.  She is coming back to Scouting after spending the last 5 years in new home construction and real estate.  Her Scouting career began at the Bay-Lakes Council in Appleton, Wisconsin, serving as a District Executive in the Gathering Waters District and then District Director.
