The 2025 College of Commissioner Science will be on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville.  All Commissioners are invited to attend including Unit Commissioners and Roundtable Commissioners along with any Scouter interested in becoming a Commissioner.  The purpose of the College of Commissioner Science is to provide ongoing practical training for all Commissioners and prospective Commissioners to allow them to better serve their units.  The college provides an in-depth knowledge of essential aspects of Commissioner duties and responsibilities. The College of Commissioner Science is the highest form of Commissioner education available at the local level.
