ALL Scouts should be in their Field/Class A uniforms!

The pre-req’s that each Scout is required to complete, before walking in the door (besides: READ THE BOOK!!).  

1. Read the CURRENT edition of the Merit Badge Book

2. Each Scout should bring something to write with and write on.  Consider using the Health Care Professions Merit Badge Workbook, found here: http://usscouts.org/usscouts/mb/mb161.asp

3. Come to the session ready to present for 2-3 minutes on each of the “professions requirements“ (1-4).  (I.e., 2-3 min. for req. 1 list; 2-3 min. for req. 2. List; etc. We learn best from each other).

4. Requirements 6-8 will be discussed as a group, but Scouts will be expected to have researched these items and have WRITTEN notes to refer to.

5. Requirement #9 (volunteer experience) should be completed if possible, but an incomplete blue card can be issued pending completion after the clinic.

We take “Be prepared” seriously. The Scouts should too.
